My name is Aline Clarisse MUSAMARIRWA. I am from Rwanda
As a skilled tutor in French & Kinyarwanda Language and basics of Biology (for Francophones), with two years of private tutoring experience, I am adept in classroom instruction, lesson plan development, and new teacher mentoring. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate interpersonal and organizational skills, I excel at: · Increasing student engagement in the classroom. · Improving test scores for all students. · Maximizing student participation with diverse activities. · Cultivating positive student, parent, and teacher relationships. I am part-time administrative assistant for a multimedia company too. The company was found and is managed by a Gabonese man. It is based in Rwanda ( my country). So, I helped out with administrative formalities to startup a new company in Rwanda. Once the company was well settled, I was assigned to be the manager's personal assistant. It is a great experience and for a long time I finally felt at my place. Beside, I also worked as an Agribusiness and Rural Development specialist with 5 years of progressive engagement in different development field covering: rural sector support; farmers’ organization strengthening; facilitating the linkage between project beneficiaries with different partners playing key role in agriculture development, networking and engagement with broader sector players including Governments, Donors, Development Partners and Private Sector. I have been working on different projects involving horticulture and staple crops value chain development (Horticulture, Rice, Wheat, Irish potato and Maize) as Agribusiness and as Rural finance officer promoting crop Post-harvest handling technics and farmers’ access to finance. Ordinary goals and achievements are many, but my biggest pride and achievement along my career is to be part of a project working on mindset change of illiterate women from Rwandan remote area and their role in agribusiness and access to finance. I personally trained those strong women on basic accounting, saving&credit and Loan tracking. This activity might seem little for some, but it made a difference on their perception on financial life and it was a milestone to the management skills and initiative of their households' income. Today as we talk they can afford to take loans and repay correctly, participate financially in their homes' development but most of all they have audible opinions in their social life. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for French language, culture, history, and literature. I am extremely enthusiastic about sharing with you and exchanging cultural experiences and would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your ongoing success in this area. |
