I also am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, meditation teacher, as well as a breath coach and Ayurvedic Health coach. I have other qualifications acquired as part of my continuous professional development in all the above areas, and as personal interests in Reiki, Psychology and Counselling, and social and biomedical interviewing. In my spare time I enjoy cold water swimming, walking and reading, playing music, painting and acting.

I'm fluent in Spanish, ( my native language) French, and English and have spent many years teaching and studying languages. I completed a bachelor's degree in Spanish and English at Manchester/ALmeria University (2008) and studied Spanish and English Literature in school (GCSE and A-Level) so I know how daunting grammar can sometimes feel and how stressful language/literature exams can be... but also how great it feels when you finally start getting it!
On the language side of things, I can help you with your writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and exam technique. I can help you with conversational skills if you're just looking to go traveling or make Spanish/French friends.
On the literature side of things, a large part of my degree was literature-based, so I would be very happy to help any Literature students if you are struggling with the subject.
If you're in school and really want to get an A/A* (7/8/9), I can make sure you achieve your goal. Whatever your current grade, an A/ A*/7/8/9 is achievable. I have taught these exams for many years so I know how they work and how you can do well in them. We will work closely with the syllabus and go through some secrets of exam technique to make sure you get a top grade.
Alternatively, if you're wanting to learn languages for travel or business purposes (or just for fun!) we can tailor the lessons 100% to suit your needs. I also teach courses to adults from beginners to advanced and I always tailored to each student's need. I also teach English to foreigners to achieve the Cambridge Examinations ( A1 to C1).
I effectively deliver and plan online outstanding lessons and the feedback that I have received from parents, pupils, and adult learners have always been very stimulating. I strongly believe in the student centered-approach as always shown in my lesson plans. I believe that all students are individuals with very specific needs so differentiation has always been at the forefront of my teaching practice. I find it very important to address any students’ needs in order to get the best potential out of every single student. I am successful in establishing high expectations of behavior in the classroom whilst still developing positive relationships with my classes.
I love online teaching as well as face to face. I have been doing online experience for the last 5 years and I have helped most of my students to achieve an excellent language level. I use Google Meets, Google Classroom, or even Skype for online teaching. I generally send and post great, fun, and genuine resources so that the student can access them easily and successfully. There are so many fun online resources that I could provide you to enhance your language skills, especially in Speaking; what a great way to speak the language with a native speaker! You will also gain a broad cultural awareness and your fluency and pronunciation will speed up!

On the other hand, I am a 200hr yoga certified instructor for the last 2 years and I can give you online 1-1 lessons from beginners to more advanced practitioners. I can also give the online yoga class via zoom to you and your whole family! If you have children, you will be glad to know that I have trained to teach kids yoga and I have been organizing yoga workshops in primary and secondary schools.

My classes are taught from the heart and known for their graceful, dynamic and creative sequencing. They are adventurous yet nurturing so varying abilities can practise together safely and with confidence.
My claim to fame is that I have trained almost 1,000 laughter professionals in the UK and have been leading over 1,000 corporate workshops.
Those are just numbers and not really a true reflection of how awesome this work is because in the bigger scheme of things they are disappearingly small considering the number of people in the UK and the number of workplaces, too. However, my work ethics, my passion, compassion, integrity and genuine wish to help people find peace through laughter makes me humble and grateful for every opportunity.
My experience in working with businesses and organisation relates back to almost 20 years of working in the IT sector in technical support, sales, marketing, and management before beginning my laughter journey. I think back to the stress and competitiveness in the various workplaces, but also the friendship and good times with gratitude. This is the foundation for my professionalism and understanding of how laughter-based activities and tools can have an effect on stress and teamwork.

Leon is a Life Coach utilising the System of Soulwork , 'The Work' , Enneagrams and Non Violent communication to enable you to reach your goals and ambitions in life. Soul Work is derived from Hawaiian Huna and system coaching as taught by Martyn Carruthers. 'The Work' is the process of Self enquiry from Byron Katie.
I came into Yoga in the Mid 80s learning Transcendental Meditation, which ignited my interest in Eastern Philosophy. In 1986 I embarked on my first trip to India and started to learn about the great Indian Saints, discovering Ramana Maharishi through the books of Paul Brunton. Another book I read during that time was the Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda, this book was to lay the foundation for my interest in Kriya Yoga and has been my daily Sadhana since 2007.
