I have been teaching Economics A level and GCSE at a top Essex grammar school for 22 years and. Perhaps you are just starting the subject and are anxious about keeping up – or perhaps you have been doing Economics for a while, but need help with some areas. I am the Head of Sixth Form at my school. Previously, I have served as Head of Biology. I am a specialist at A Level Biology for both Yr 12s and Yr 13s and I am a specialist for Triple or Combined higher for all science up to GCSE. I teach the AQA board, however I have many students I tutor who do the OCR, EDEXCEL, IGCSE, Cambridge Assessment and other boards too. I taught maths from GCSE to STEP at an academy in Essex from 2009 to 2017 and at another Essex academy from 2020 to 2024. In both academies I taught GCSE Mathematics A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics and STEP. About half of my students have been recommended to me. I have been a private tutor since September 1987. I do not cover D1 or D2 or Modelling With Algorithms at A level. I have a first class honours degree from Goldsmith College London where I won the Stanley Hails Memorial Prize.
