My career has been as a learning and development specialist with 30 years in an airlines, and a rich background of 20 years as a private tutor, successfully coaching students up to GCSE level.
As a tutor, I have taught students from grade 6 to GCSE Level, and in my profession as an instructor conducted classroom training and hands-on workshop sessions for pilot, mechanic and communication trainees and technical apprentices aged 18 – 23 years. Experienced IT trainer in MS Windows, MS Office and other software.
Delivering engaging sessions with clear learning objectives that encouraged positive participation; motivating high school students and young adults succeed in education, and achieve self-independence. I am currently providing online sessions, which are all completed through zoom. These are very much like an in-person session, if not better. I use PowerPoints, animations and an online white board to teach.
