As a passionate and dedicated Primary Education teacher, I offer a personalised, engaging, and supportive tutoring experience tailored to meet each learner’s unique needs. My background includes a broad spectrum of classroom experience across three distinct placements: working within a high SEND classroom, a mainstream primary setting, and a private school. This has given me the adaptability, empathy, and versatility to support students from a wide range of educational backgrounds and abilities.
I understand that no two learners are the same. Whether your child needs help building confidence, catching up on key concepts, or stretching themselves further, I create a calm, positive learning environment where they feel heard, supported, and motivated. I started my teaching career working in an inner city Birmingham school and have since moved to a school in Stourbridge closer to home.
I have been head of Geography for the last 3 years and in my second year of completing a leadership course that I will finish July 2019.
I have recently started tutoring a local student this year, which has been more enjoyable and beneficial to both her and I, that I have decided to do more of the same.
As I still work full time I can only accommodate evening and weekend tutees.
