Hello,
I have been a teaching for four years in a secondary school in Blackpool.
I have significant experience in teaching all aspects of science in KS3 and KS4.
I have also tutored many students, of all abilities, helping them achieve their goals.
An outstanding teacher I possess expertise in many different and contemporary teaching and learning techniques. I currently train teachers in improving their practice and teach Science (Chemistry, Physics and Biology). I am able to help you with applying mathematical skills in Science. My qualifications include an MA in Education Inovatin in Science. So I aim to make the tutition as engaging as possible, while my students achieve the highest outcomes. I can deliver lessons through Teams, Zoom or Skype. I used examination questions to assess your progress and build your confidence by developing your ability to apply your subject knowledge and exam technique.
I have a background in trianing and have worked with large groups, small groups, and one to one guidance. I enjoy teaching and supporting others with their education.
I have helped a lot of my fellow students with applications processes and guidance on student loans and funding etc.
I already have a certificate in higher education in healthcare and health science and am studying toward my BSc currently.
My education includes, but is not limited to, health and social care, health sciences, including modules on human biology, chemistry, all general sciences. Nutrition, infectious disease and immunology, trauma and recovery, vision and ocular health, cancer, neurology, cardiovascular, and other health science modules.
I have 3 kids of my own of primary age.
I'm more than happy to be flexible in my availability, and am open to tutoring and guidance in other subjects too.
I can teach these subjects in English, French and British Sign Language. I am employed as a support/activity worker and sales assistant. I am also a volunteer online tutor with RefuNet and a volunteer Brownie leader. I have a degree in human biology and an HND in French. From September, I will be completing PGCE in Primary Education. My hobbies and interests include creative writing, researching the Titanic and collecting related memorabilia, voluntary and charity work, listening to music and most forms of arts/crafts. I am based in Southport but I am willing to travel up to 1 mile. I have a vast amount of experience with all ages and abilities. Regularly, I babysit 2 boys, one of whom has autism and the other has ADHD.

I am a secoondary science teacher with over 10 years teaching experience and private tuition experience. I have a history of good results from pupils and reviews can be seen on facebook page 'science tuition lancashire'. I am passionate about Science and teaching pupils. I will travel around Ormskirk or have pupils at my house. Online tuition is available also.
15 years teaching experience. Starting as a practical demonstrator at Liverpool University and now delivering GCSE Biology Chemistry and Physics and KS3 science. I have taught A level with excellent results in the past but under the old specification so I'm charging more for A-level as it will take longer for me to prepair specification matched activities.
