Science Clinic Private Tutors was founded in 2010. Our vision was to help struggling children understand the concepts of the major subjects which are sought after by many colleges & universities. Our tutoring was mainly in the main subjects (Maths, all 3 Sciences & English Language) to exam students only. Because of the huge demand of tutoring in all year groups, we now teach students across the board from Primary (KS1 & KS2) through to GCSE, A-level and University. I offer french lessons from beginner level to experienced, no matter the age and expectations (whether it’s for school/exams or just if you want to learn a new language for fun). I can also offer my help with homework or any type of translation.
The first session is free because I believe it's important to first take some time to talk about your needs and expectations, evaluate your level and what I can bring you. And also just for you to decide wether you think I'm the right tutor for you.
Once we've set an objective, we can start building the perfect lesson for you. I like working with books, songs, movies and anything that can make the lesson more interactive. Doing a little bit of translation and conversing in french if your level allows it or just focusing on the basics while going at your own pace. I can also give homework in between lessons if we've agreed to. The whole point is for you to feel confident, ask as many questions as you need and progress.

I also offer english lessons and homework help mostly for kids, beginners and foreigners no matter the age and and expectations.

When I came to the UK, I was a French conversation assistant for A level French at the Coopers Company and Coborn School in Upminster (10 years). I then decided to qualify as a teacher. I am currently a full-time highly specialised KS3 and GCSE French and Spanish private tutor. I have extensive knowledge of both Edexcel and AQA exam boards. My previous experience includes working as a KS3 and GCSE language teaching assistant at an outstanding Ofsted rated secondary school in Upminster, Essex. My role encompassed a wide range of teaching activities from 1 to 1 tuition to aiding teachers in the classroom environment.
