After qualifiying as a Personal Trainer 17 years ago I embarked on my first Personal Training business and soon progressed to buying my own gym where I currently run my Personal Training/Prep Coach business www.*** ; I have competed in trained figure/physique competitions for the last 22 years and have managed to achieve a professional status within the the sport and went onto win British and World Titles. I am also a busy Mum and realise only too well the challenges we are all faced with when trying to achieve our fitness goals.
I have been succesfully running my own gym and Personal Training business now for 17 years. I have trained all abilities and ages from 13 to 78 years of age ranging from the terrified beginner to the competative bodybuilder and everything in between. I never give up on anyone and beleive that everyone can improve their health and well being with a balanced approach to diet and exercise.

I have turned my passion for health and fitness into a professional life choice and hope that my enthusiasm will inspire, motivate and encourage you to reach your goals.
My focus is primarily on Functional Fitness, both in Classes and Personal Training. I focus on training the body to be strong and supple enough to complete every day activities like carrying our kids or groceries, reaching up to top shelves, lifting heavy boxes or simply climbing up stairs. I teach a lot of movements which mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient not only inside the gym but outside as well.
With my PT Sessions and Classes, I aim to build strength in the way your body needs to move with ease. I hope to teach and inspire techniques that will fit around busy lifestyles, as well as offering a high level of support and not forgetting a sense of fun!

Concentrating on Light continuous kickboxing we develop Fitness, technique, ring craft, defence and tactics.

All non contact and all lots of fun, but challenging and rewarding classes with heaps of benefits.
Bags, Pads and Abs is a great way to start the weekend, an hour + of hitting the punch bags, focus pads and Thai pads in a challenging way and all in a fun environment.
