Since my childhood, I have always been interested to extend my repertoire. I believe in learning everyday from everyone. This has helped in the exchange of knowledge and also to keep up with the ever extending spectrum of the English language. Hi, My name is Sarah and I am a qualified primary teacher/tutor in the Whittlesey/Peterborough area. I can offer online or face to face tuition in Maths (up to GCSE level) or English (KS1 and KS2) in either my own home, your home or a public place or online to suit your needs.
The sessions I offer are for the duration of an hour and I can work with you and your own needs to help you meet your own learning goals. I will take the time to assess your own learning needs and discover the gaps you need to fill to make optimum progress.
You might be looking for some extra help for Key Stage sats or even GCSE maths and need a bit of extra support towards your exams, or you might feel that you struggle in your day to day lessons and with a boost in confidence and some consolidation of your class lessons will help you to understand things more thoroughly.

I am a Primary school teacher with 6 years experience in education. I have taught Spanish and English to both children and adults. I have also experience working with children with SEMH and SEND.
After University I completed a TEFLA course and went onto teach English to children and teenagers English in Spain, South Africa and Bahrain. I returned to the UK and began working in FE colleges. In 2014, whlist working at Peterborough Regional College as Travel and Tourism lecturer, I completed DTTLS and QTLS and became a fully qualified teacher. I then worked for several years in UK schools teaching mainly GCSE English Language and ESOL. I've now set up as an on-line tutor and I'm looking for new students.

Ben is a calm and passionate teacher who endeavours to push 'relational' teaching, making lessons and tutoring sessions personal and relatable to his students. He ejoys a new challenge and working 1-1 with a learner is an excellent way to improve his practice and make sure that each of his tutees has the best possible chance at succeeding in their GCSEs and beyond.

I completed my GCSEs in 2020 and aced my A-Levels in 2022. My GCSEs include spoken English, language and literature, chemistry, French, biology, mathematics, physics and art and design. My A-Levels include Health and Social Care and Creative Media Studies.
