Hi! My name is Olha and I am an artist and art tutor. I've been doing art since I was a child. Since then, I've tried numerous ways and techniques of drawing, painting and crafting. I have an experience in oil, acrylic, gouache and watelocour painting, pencil, charcoal and pastels drawing, sculpting and so on. I created murals in private apartments, a hospital, a kindergarten, and a church. I've finished my bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and now I'm studying Model Making for Film and TV. But I still make mistakes, sometimes I have blank page syndrome, sometimes I am just lazy, another time I have a wild inspiration in the middle of the night. I am a Freelance Textiles/Graphics Tutor who can design business cards, logo designs, letterheads, banners, wrapping paper, cushions, or wallpaper prints. I graduated from London Metropolitan University with a BA in Graphic Design. I have a 2.1 for my Graphic Design degree and now I am currently a business lady who also provides Private Tuition for people who would like to learn Textiles Design, Fashion Design, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and In Design. I also teach drawing and print making techniques. I have been using Bark for a couple of months as I had a few clients. I have a unique drawing style where I am totally unique from other Designers.
Having worked as a secondary school Art teacher for the past 4 years, I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding about the national cirriculum and what is expected from studnets through KS3-5. I have developed a range of schemes of work that cover drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture and Art history. I work closely with A Level students to develop coursework projects and portfolios for university applications, as well. I have also worked as a private art tutor for GCSE students who needed further one to one assistance on thier coursework projects and to refine thier painting, drawing and art analysis work.
Previous to my teaching career I worked as a freelance Illustrator, producing work for children's books and my own private collections.
Art is for everyone! It's down to confidence, practise and allowing yourself to make mistakes!
Observation is key exploring different mark making and you're off to a good start.
It doesn't matter if you think you can't draw. If you are new to drawing I will show you simple techniques to help you gain the confidence you need.

"Stuart manages to bring variety in his approach to classes. Some weeks he positions tables propped upright on their ends and we work in various media on paper the full size of the model. Sometimes we draw a model who moves in various ways in rotation. Our still life evenings are also different, he brings in a pigs head for us to draw, and also a brace of pheasants. Stuart is always very encouraging. He covers all the basics in teaching us how to measure the body by eye, by aligning different parts of the body, and demonstrates different media techniques. "

I am a fine arts student and I specialize in painting and drawing. I can also teach maths. I will be able to teach using a graphic tablet. I am also a historical re-enactor and teach art history.

Learning in a classroom sometimes has to follow certain rules. Outside of the classroom, learning shouldn't have any boundaries. A firm staple of my tuition and teaching is that learning must be fun and enjoyable, as that's the only way it becomes memorable.
I include personal skills in all of my lessons to build confidence and resilience - these are the root of all motivation.
Above all, learning should be an ongoing journey. I aim to encourage children to be enthusiastic about personalising their education journey, which will make them successful learners for life.
I've done my masters in Fashion designing and I've been drawing a lot since my childhood! I want to share this knowledge to people who are interested and also to those who think drawing is hard! Drawing is not just an art! There are lots of lovely things we can learn through it! I want to make learning more lively and fun!
