Prior to teaching I have worked in life science Reasearch and Development and in Biopharamceutical research, sales and marketing. I also worked a part-time voluntary teaching assistant in primary and seconday schools for 2 years. In 2014 I decided to change career completely to become a science teacher, so I trained at Kings College, graduating with my PGCE in 2015.
My background prior to teaching brings additional experience and skills to my teaching. Chemistry is my specialist subject. I have taught and tutored all sciences successfully to years 7 to 11, and have taught and tutored Chemistry and Biology at A level.
I am a graduate who has finished studying Maths with Statistics at Royal Holloway University and I have good maths and science teaching skills. I know what techniques are needed for students to thrive and to have a good learning environment. Along with that, I know what techniques are needed to answer exam questions, so that they can do really well, and for them to find their true potential, but most importantly, for students to have a positive and enthusiastic approach to learning. In terms of teaching, I can teach maths, biology and chemistry at KS3, GCSE and A levels. I teach physics at GCSE and at KS3 level. I have 3 years experience as a private tutor and I teach students in the best possible standards as possible as I am very patient and I understand students difficulties and needs and therefore allow them to succeed. I have had 3 years experience in teaching GCSE and A level subjects, which are maths, chemistry, biology and physics. I have also taught geography in the past. I have taught students in person for the past 3 years. For in person teaching, I have taught in libraries and at schools. The first lesson will be a trial lesson, just to introduce myself and also give an indication of where you are working at for your subjects, so that I can plan the lessons according to your needs further forward. Hi, I am currently a 2nd Year Medical Student at Keele University. In addition to this, I have also obtained a biomedical sciences degree with a first class honours from St George's University of London. I am based in London and have been tutoring online for over 4 years with a 100% pass rate. I offer A level biology tuition as well as GCSE triple and combined sciences or separate sciences as required. I offer a free 45 minute free trial session to get to know the student and show my teaching style, this allows me to build a relationship with each individual and tailor my sessions to this. I love teaching children and have always prioritised their education through each session by asking them what they would like to be taught. I also make it clear that I am able to answer any queries they have about the topic outside of sessions to provide them extra support that no other tutor does. I go over and beyond to understand my students and work alongside them by sending them topic checklists and plan each session according to their weakest topics. The structure of my sessions follows this: 30 minutes of taught content and 30 minutes of exam style questions. I ensure they apply their knowledge within the session as this prepares them for any and all mock/real exams throughout the year. Moreover, I provide them with study techniques, resources and any advice that they require. I positively encourage all my students to try their hardest and strive for excellence to achieve the top grades.

Hi! My name is Camron and I have just recently finished my A-levels, going on to study Dentistry at Kings College London. I am looking to tutor students that require assistance with GSCE maths and sciences or A-level maths and chemistry. I am a friendly but demanding private tutor with a fund of real-life stories to bring science to life! I start from where the student is and find their learning style. Then we can approach the concepts and vocabulary in a way that is relevant and targeted. I use online and paper-based exercises to reinforce the essential core knowledge. Past paper practice is essential but not sufficient to succeed.
My tutoring is questioning, methodical and supportive so that the student can achieve their true potential. It is based on more than 10 years of classroom practice in both the state and private sectors and fifteen years of one-to-one science tutoring at GCSE and A-level (all sciences at GCSE and Biology at A-level...all exam boards).
I prefer to tutor at students' homes, but can teach at my home in Kingston upon Thames, SW London, by special arrangement. I prefer to travel by public transport up to 30 minutes maximum, but will drive if necessary up to 5 miles. And, of course, I also tutor online.

Hello my name is Louie I am a 19 year old university student currently studying environmental geoscience at the university of southampton. My course is a mixture of Geology including Geochemistry with also Oceanography, Geography and some environmental science aspects like Ecology. At GCSE level I was extremely interested in science particularly Chemistry and Biology. This lead to me getting a 9 in Biology and a 7 in Chemistry at GCSE level and choosing them both at A-level. At A-level I achieved a B grade in both of them which allowed me to study and one of the UK's russel group universities in Southampton. Other things to know about me are that I love sport especially golf and rugby. I also get on extremely well with children and would love to use my prior knowledge of GCSE subjects to teach those that are getting ready for exams.
