I believe the best way to approach a difficult topic is to encourage discussion, before working with exam-style questions, focusing on method and exam technique. At 21 years of age, it wasn't long ago that I was at GCSE student myself and so I remember how frustrating it could be when a topic just wasn't clicking. I'd love to be able to help you feel more confident in your knowledge and ability, and help you build a love for the topics you're learning!
After achieving 3 A*s at A-Level, I was going to study medicine at Cambridge University. However, after serious deliberation, I decided to pursue my passion in acting and performing arts, and so am currently studying a BA in Professional Acting at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

I am a reliable, easy to get on with person. I currently work as a Science Teacher in a Wiltshire School so I have a good working knowledge of the curriculum and up to date teaching methods. I am a young teacher with a track record of great results from both tuition and in my own classroom teaching practice. I have plenty of enthusiasm and patience. I understand the demands of studying for exams, and I am also committed to finding new ways to teach things to young people, so that they have a deeper understanding of why things happen, not just that it is something they have to know for an exam.

Typical lessons last 1 hour, with interactive and engaging activities to learn new concepts or build on already existing knowledge. With experience as a TA I have discovered how much I love teaching and passing on my knowledge to young, curious minds.

Experienced tutor based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Available for both home (in- person) and online lessons. I understand that not all students develop liking for subjects such as Maths or Science. So, that is why I have developed strategies and techniques to improve interest among my students.
Many students require special needs education and support with their learning difficulties and disabilities. Therefore, my previous experience with children needing special support comes in picture, as these students require special care and understanding from someone who has the above demonstrated experience and knowledge.
Some students lack progress and do not perform well in the GCSE for various reasons. Dislike or fear of numbers or Maths or Science could lead to frustration among students and their parents as well. You need not to worry as you are in safe and capable hands. With complete dedication and commitment to excel in exams at all stages, we can help you gain and achieve the desired grades in the exams.
Also, students aiming for Grammar schools need extra support for their Maths and Science subject preparations as they compete for the entrance exams. Therefore, keeping the syllabus and the competitive nature in mind, we can help towards achieving the desired outcome by excelling in Maths numeracy and skills.
Drop a message or call for your tutor queries related to subjects: Mathematics, Science, Chemistry, Physics along with Geography lessons. I am based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire and available for both in-person and online tuitions in the area of Wiltshire and Bath (+10 miles).
Feel free to contact on tel: *** or email your queries to ***@***

A little bit more about me:
• Outstanding Academic Record: In my IB exams, I scored an impressive 44/45 with 7/7 in all my Higher Levels (Biology, Chemistry, Psychology), as well as Maths AA SL and French. This is equivalent to all A* results in the A-level curriculum.
• UCAT Excellence: I achieved a score of 2930/3600 in my medical school entrance exam, placing me in the top 6% globally in my year
• Medical School Success: I received interviews and offers from all 4 medical schools I applied to, including Newcastle, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Bristol, showcasing the quality of my personal statements and interview skills.
• DBS Certified: Ensuring a safe and trustworthy learning environment.
I started teaching back in year 10, when I opened a learning centre at my school to teach English to underprivileged children in my neighbourhood back home in India. I worked with these children for over 2 years, using my knowledge of effective learning methods as a student to help these children communicate fluently in English despite not being exposed to the language much before. It was here that I first learnt the importance of personalising teaching for each student—when every student comes with their own needs and preferences, there is nothing more important then finding a unique and flexible approach to teaching that is fit specifically for them.
For the past two years, since I have started university, I have also been helping students across the UK with 11+ exam preparation, as well as tutoring KS3 and GCSE mathematics. This period of teaching has strengthened my skills as a tutor and given me experience with teaching students of a variety of ages and backgrounds.
