Science Clinic Private Tutors was founded in 2010. Our vision was to help struggling children understand the concepts of the major subjects which are sought after by many colleges & universities. Our tutoring was mainly in the main subjects (Maths, all 3 Sciences & English Language) to exam students only. Because of the huge demand of tutoring in all year groups, we now teach students across the board from Primary (KS1 & KS2) through to GCSE, A-level and University. We were luck to have had colleagues we share the same vision with join us. Now we can teach all subjects from Primary through to GCSE, College /A-levels and Science & Maths at University level. All our teachers / tutors are graduates and qualified teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who understand the National Curriculum. Some of them are examiners at GCSE and A-level, which means they know the exam techniques students need to answer the exam questions properly and get better grades. Within the team, we have professionals with very high qualifications ie Masters Degrees (MSc / MA) and PhDs in various subjects. We can, therefore, be confident to say we are professionals who are dedicated to what we do with proven records in the UK’s most entrance and national exams. We are a tutoring organisation that is defined by its professionalism. Our aim is to provide a personal service. This makes us very different from most tutoring companies that just offer a platform for tutors and students to meet. We speak to clients so that we can match them with the most appropriate tutor for their needs. When this happens, the results can be remarkable & confidence grows. We personally know all our tutors and all have had DBS checks and their qualifications checked before we take them on. We are also a member of The Tutors’ Association (TTA) which was formed in 2013 to provide standards to the tutoring industry.

Accounting is the way of life, no matter what you do in life or where you work, you will always be surrounded by numbers and finance. I believe that it is important for you as individual to fully understand the accounting concepts as detailed in the AAT qualification. I understand that it may be daunting at first but with the right level of help and the right attitude to learning you will get there.
I completed my own AAT journey not that long ago whilst working for a busy accounts department in the legal sector whilst also gaining experience doing some accounts for a couple of different charities. Thus, I have the experience to be able to provide some context and real-life examples behind the different AAT principles helping you to further understand these.
I began teaching just over a year ago and it has been a true honour to help those gain their own AAT qualifications, and remains an honour teaching those that haven't quite finished yet. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in contact with me.

As a graduate of accounting, my journey through the field has been a fulfilling one. It all began with my passion for numbers and the desire to understand how things work financially. I pursued a degree in accounting and was thrilled to discover how much more there was to learn.
After graduation, I was fortunate to secure a teaching position as a lecturer for 19 years. This enabled me to impart knowledge and positively impact the lives of countless individuals. I also served as an exam officer, and this further deepened my understanding of how to create objective and fair assessments.
As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, I was exposed to many opportunities for growth and development in the field. From attending professional development courses to networking with other industry experts, I was constantly seeking ways to expand my knowledge and skills.

In addition, I have passed two high profile professional exams (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA & Chartered Financial Analyst CFA) in accounting, finance and investment sector.

In addition, I teach high profile professional exam students for ACCA, ACA, CIMA, AAT, CTA, ATT, CISI, IMC & CFA. Rate: The rate advertised in the profile is online rate. Online lesson is cheaper. Minimum rate for meet in person is £60 per hour and could be changed according to the distances. Rate could be changed due to complexity of the subject.
Other information: First lesson is 1 hour. Second and subsequent lesson is minimum 2 hours per session.
