Peewee 6-11, Junior 12-17, Adult 18-39 & Old Tigers 40+ We will teach you how to fight and defend yourself, using both hands and feet, and the training will make you stronger, fitter and more confident. It’s never too late to learn a martial art, we teach the young and not so young, so bring the children and we’ll teach you all at the same time! Our students don’t just come from Beccles, they come from all over the region to learn our martial art, Norwich, Lowestoft, Loddon, Southwold, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Oulton Broad, Halesworth, Harleston . . .
