About Me: I have an Honours Degree in Spanish & French from the University of Exeter, and a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics & Second Language Acquisition (aka. how people learn foreign languages) from the University of Oxford. I have been tutoring and helping students get the top grades in languages for over 5 years now. I love to see my students grow in confidence, excel in Spanish, and become empowered learners who thrive in education. I have seen lots of students struggle in GCSE languages, and I strongly believe that the thing that makes the biggest difference to struggling students is having a plan. You don't have to struggle through on your own. When students are attending lessons and doing their homework but something just isn't clicking and their grades start falling behind their other subjects, they are simply missing the tools they need to be successful in this subject. Spanish is a skill, and has to be learned differently from other subjects. The longer they try and struggling along on their own, the more catch up they eventually need to do. I want to help students get through their GCSE years in one piece. So I will find the most streamlined path to success for you, and equip you with the tools you need to access the top grades in Spanish. |
