I am 200hour RYT, been teaching yoga since 2016, I am a student of yoga since 2005. I teach Slow Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, Yin yoga and Qi Gong inspired yoga flow.

I am 200 hour yoga instructor, been teaching gyms and the local yoga studios. I have a class in the local village hall in Suffolk starting mid June. I teach yoga remotely via zoom ( three classes a week at the moment) but if you live localy I can travel. ( I only cycle) also in summer I do yoga classes outdoor, organising "Stillness day" day of yoga, Qi Gong and forest bathing in Suffolk coast. Classes are 1-1 or small group. |
