I am a passionate teacher who is friendly and determined to help every one of my pupils achieve their very best. I have a track record in progressing pupils to where they need to get to. I have been a form tutor also which allowed me to take a more pastoral role and informed me of individual needs to aid learning. This allowed me to get to know pupils motivation and aspirations which gave me the opportunity to tailor my teaching in order to help pupils improve at a quicker rate. I love teaching and seeing pupils make that progression and seeing the potential they have in them. |
