Michael Hartland holds an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University, is an Associate of NACE and has extensive experience in educational leadership. His leadership roles have included Principal, Vice Principal, Assistant Head, and Head of English across four different schools. He has examined at both GCSE and A Level, and his teaching of gifted and talented students has been filmed for training purposes.
