Auntie Val's Ability Centre is committed to providing these objectives for the future generations by offering: Work Experience, Training, Workplace Social Integration, Imroving Literacy and Numeracy Skills and providing Employment Opportunities. To enable us to provide the above we make Artisan Jams, Marmalades, Pickles and Chutney. Here we can offer experiences in food preparation, cooking, packing, Stock management & more. All our training is free of charge and is often taught by employees who have trained here too. Our employees have recently gained their City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
