I have worked in education for over 12 years, within a large age range from preschool to adults. I have delivered 1:1 tutoring, small and large class teaching in school and private settings, and held several training and development workshops for groups of 5 to 150 delegates. I have taught Music for Primary schools and private students and have worked for several years in Secondary school, specializing in GCSE Business Studies (AQA and Edexcel) and Cambridge Nationals in Information Technology. I am used to working with a wide range of students from lower to higher ability, with a proven track record of positively increasing student attainment. I have been Head of both Departments for Business Studies and IT for the last 4 years. I am passionate about teaching with a direct approach to stretching and challenging students of all ability levels. |
