Working in secondary school almost 17 years (local school and overseas) granted me valuable opportunities to teach a variety of courses, including EAL English, Business Studies, Liberal Studies (Humanities), Economics, Geography and Integrated Business. Among the most satisfying experiences for me as a teacher has been instructing student to understand, analyze and practice their knowledge properly and successfully. Through my teaching thus far, I have found the method of facilitating rather than dictating to be a highly beneficial style of teaching. |
