It is a pleasure and an empowering experience to have worked with a vast and varied number of clients, groups, and companies spanning a 20 year period. I bring diverse and highly effective tools and techniques to all of my work. I have developed interpersonal insightful and intuitive coaching and leadership models and courses, which are referenced in publications. I’m employed to deliver a high-quality product to companies and individuals who require a fresh approach to leadership, management, and coaching. As individuals, we may be at different stages and levels of understanding about who we are and the world in which we live. In our day to day lives, we are often busy taking care of our external needs, usually at the expense of our internal world, meaning we continually override and ignore our own ‘inner voice’. Taking care of our personal alignment and listening to our ‘inner voice’ is an important and fundamental aspect of our lives.
