I am a student of fitness health and nutrition at Abertay University and alongside this, I am a yoga instructor of 1+ years. I have followed in the way of yoga for a while starting every morning with my mantras and some mindfulness. I am a lover of a stress-free life (When possible) and would love to help others see how easy it can actually be to reduce daily pressure and deal with negative thoughts and worries. Alongside this, I am a level 3 Personal trainer and level 2 fitness instructor. I enjoy teaching fitness and training people to be better selves in body and mind as I believe to have one requires the training of the other. I enjoy going long walks, hiking up Monros, and have the challenge to complete all of them.

I’m Nam L., a Yoga teacher based in Solihull and online. I have two kids and love katsu curries, coffee and chocolate. With over a decade of experience teaching Corporate classes, Private Lessons, Group classes, Courses, Events and Online. I’m here to help you build strength and find healthy balance with your busy lifestyle. I work with clients mainly in these different ways: My Corporate Yoga classes are for brands and companies that know the importance of work-life balance. I host the classes Live online or in-person, mostly at lunchtimes, and deliver an uplifting class to take them away from the desk and keep office stress at a minimum. I teach Group Classes, online and in-person, for busy people that need to move and unwind after a long day at work or with their children. I coach 1:1 at my Private Lessons for those that have specific goals and need me to create a tailor made plan that results in positive changes and growth. Since 2010, I have worked with 1000s of hard-working people, including brands such as Adidas, Lounge Underwear, Virgin Active, Om Yoga Show, festivals and more. I'm very pleased that my recent On-demand Yoga Classes are now available on my Kuula TV channel for people to have time themselves to get stronger and grow with me.

I'm a focused and forward-thinking professional with a long background studying body movement with 21 years of experience in Yoga also, Pilates, Postural Exercises, and Functional Movement. In the age of 8, I started ballet modern, contemporary and capoeira classes, when in 1999, my mother presented the Yoga to me, since then I have been training different styles of Yoga, such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar Yoga. In 2005 during her BSc Physical Education and Sport Science, I came across Pilates for the first time, at Rodrigo Mayer's Studio, Romana Kryzanowska's disciple. For me, Pilates improved my understanding of the movement and added tools to help the people develop in a better way and effective approach that frees the body and its movement prioritizing the individuality. In 2011, I received my first Pilates certified from Power Pilates International and later qualify as a Polestar Pilates Matwork teacher.
Since then, I have been teaching Pilates in different Studios, Gyms and Clinic, working with individuals of diverse ages with different needs. As a practitioner and professional of the movement, passionate about what I do, I truly believes in the transformative power through the movement and also, I understand the vast responsibilities that I have and wherefore, I'm always looking for self-development, improving my comprehension about body movement, adopting new techniques and different approaches, such as Somatic movement, Anatomy Trains, Antigym, Frankling Method, Myofascial Release and Chinese Medicine, constantly aiming the client's goals.

Before completing Yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala and the Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh Sara worked at leading London studios as a Personal Trainer which has provided her with a deep understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation of injuries. Her background in dance, gymnastics and martial arts, all contribute to her style of teaching. She continually aims to refresh and develop her knowledge and understanding of mind-body health in all its forms.

I have been in the health and wellness industry for 12 years. First, with a personal training diploma, then my first 200hr TTC in Mysore india for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I then went on to graudate from university with a degree in Nutritional Science, and finally I continued my advanced Yoga Training in Crete at Yoga Plus retreat centre with my teacher Radha who was a student of Sri Pattabi Jois.
Thats the formality out of the way, I am simply here to help people become a healthier version on themselves. This is how I become a healthier version of myself. Through classes in ibiza, online classes, workshops and retreats, my lifes work is to bring people together and encourage the healthiest version of ourselves to surface.
