I am an extremely successful Psychology teacher, and examiner, with 25 years experience. I teach any level. I have taught in very prestigious private schools and also in state education. I am the current Head of Psychology at an excellent school. My students, consistently, acheive within the top 5% in the country. Past students have achieved the top score in the UK at A Level. I am a Team Leader for A Level Psychology with the examination board. I can provide a bespoke service for students, working with them to acheive their goals.
I am also a qualified teacher of A Level Business and previous examiner. GCSE students are very welcome.

Currently, I am working in a local secondary school teaching Mathematics up to GCSE level. I have been teaching there for over 5 years. Within these 5 years, I have also worked within the pastoral team.
I also have experience of teaching GCSE Business Studies. My degree is in Business Management, so I do have the knowledge to teach up to KS5 in this particular subject.
In previous schools, I have worked with small and large class sizes, specifically to ensure that they achieve a Grade 4/5 in their GCSE subject. I also have experience of working with pupils with SEMH and SEN.
I am very excited to tutor, having three A*s in my A-Levels and 9s in my GCSEs - I can pass on my learning and give aid with homework, revision, and teach from scratch.
I am an enthusiastic fully qualified teacher and enhanced DBS with a genuine passion for my subject and I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment by adopting a variety of teaching approaches. I aspire to motivate my students to achieve the best possible outcomes, regardless of ability, background or SEN status and particularly have experience of stretching and challenging the more able pupils.
I have taught at Queen Elizabeth School, Barnet, ranked as the top state school in the country, for the last 4 years including guiding many Oxbridge physics, natural sciences, medicine and engineering candidates. I have a degree in Automotive Engineering and a PhD in Racecar Aerodynamics both from Loughborough University, where I also taught undergraduate modules in Statics & Dynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Low Speed Aerodynamic, Ground Vehicle Aerodynamics and CAD. Prior to completing my PGCE I was a research engineer developing hydrogen fuel cell technology for a range of clean technology applications.
I have recently moved from London to Nottingham with my family and am available for tutoring of Science (KS3) and Physics (GCSE and A Level) online or in person.

HI, my name is Charlotte but everyone calls me Lottie. I have the ability to communicate with children especially those with learning disabilities as I have learned so much from having them myself. Having Dyslexia, Irlens and Hearing Processing Disorder made school really hard for me so with the right techniques that I honed over the years I was able to go to my dream university to do my dream course, Architecture. Throughout secondary school I tutored at GCSE level in the 3 sciences and the Design Subjects as this is where I thrived. I shared my techniques with all the children and it was wonderful hearing them get amazing results in their exams. I have a lot fo experience working with kids in tutoring. Outside of this I spent the summer working in a camp in America teaching kids all kinds of sports, games and arts. I spent 24/7 for 7 weeks with the same children and watching them develop as people and also learn so much was beautiful. I am reliable and hardworking despite my spelling mistakes. I have worked in so many different sectors over the years from marketing to childcare to management. I am organised and have great communication skills.
