I am an extremely successful Psychology teacher, and examiner, with 25 years experience. I teach any level. I have taught in very prestigious private schools and also in state education. I am the current Head of Psychology at an excellent school. My students, consistently, acheive within the top 5% in the country. Past students have achieved the top score in the UK at A Level. I am a Team Leader for A Level Psychology with the examination board. I can provide a bespoke service for students, working with them to acheive their goals.
I am also a qualified teacher of A Level Business and previous examiner. GCSE students are very welcome.

🎓 Who Am I? I’m a fully qualified Maths Teacher and former Head of Maths with over 8 years of leadership experience. I am an enthusiastic fully qualified teacher and enhanced DBS with a genuine passion for my subject and I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment by adopting a variety of teaching approaches. I have taught at Queen Elizabeth School, Barnet, ranked as the top state school in the country, for the last 4 years including guiding many Oxbridge physics, natural sciences, medicine and engineering candidates. I have a degree in Automotive Engineering and a PhD in Racecar Aerodynamics both from Loughborough University, where I also taught undergraduate modules in Statics & Dynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Low Speed Aerodynamic, Ground Vehicle Aerodynamics and CAD. Prior to completing my PGCE I was a research engineer developing hydrogen fuel cell technology for a range of clean technology applications.

HI, my name is Charlotte but everyone calls me Lottie. I have the ability to communicate with children especially those with learning disabilities as I have learned so much from having them myself. Having Dyslexia, Irlens and Hearing Processing Disorder made school really hard for me so with the right techniques that I honed over the years I was able to go to my dream university to do my dream course, Architecture. Throughout secondary school I tutored at GCSE level in the 3 sciences and the Design Subjects as this is where I thrived. I shared my techniques with all the children and it was wonderful hearing them get amazing results in their exams. I have a lot fo experience working with kids in tutoring. Outside of this I spent the summer working in a camp in America teaching kids all kinds of sports, games and arts. I spent 24/7 for 7 weeks with the same children and watching them develop as people and also learn so much was beautiful. I am reliable and hardworking despite my spelling mistakes. I have an experience as teaching assistant who teaches science to children from class 3rd to 7th. I used to teach them using presentation, videos, puzzles and crafts.
I have been teaching for 13 years, working with a variety of students with different needs. I worked in London, before moving to Nottingham in July 2011.
