I am an award-winning and highly experienced "super" tutor and academic coach with over 15 years of tutoring, teaching and coaching experience, during which period I have made multiple students become university toppers and world prize winners. As for my own qualifications, I have a First Class Honours degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Doctorate in Engineering (Expertise: High-fidelity numerical simulations). As an undergraduate student at university, I was ranked number 1 with a cumulative average of 84%, for which I was honoured as the `Top Engineering Graduate`. I passed my A-levels (examining board: Edexcel) with straight A grades (note: there were no A* grades at the time), and my Mathematics mark in particular was ranked among the top in the world. We have a dedicated covid secure classroom. We have an extremely comprehensive equipment store to cover all the experiments for GCSE and A level Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). This enables the students to take part in experiments which enhances their learning.
Since the lockdown, our response was to transition, virtually overnight, our teaching online. The tutor’s hands became the student’s hands and the cameras their eyes, the microphone and speakers became their voice and ears. With the power of a broadcast switcher, the student did not have one view but many, depending on what was needed. I am currently a qualified and experienced Science teacher, teaching GCSE and A-Levels in a top Secondary School in Berkshire. I have graduated with a BSc degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Queen Mary University of London, which included an in-depth study of topics such as: Organic Chemistry, Kinetics, Thermodynamics, Quantum Chemistry and Biochemistry. With more than 8 years tutoring and teaching experience, I’m able to teach a number of subjects and different levels based on the English National Curriculum. At key stage 1, I’m able to teach any subject. At key stage 2, I can teach every subject. At key stage 3, I can teach English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, French and Arabic. At GCSE, I can teach English Literature, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, French, Arabic, Government and Politics, Business Studies, Sociology, Psychology and Law. At A Levels, I can teach English Literature, English Language, Psychology, Sociology, Government and Politics, History and Law. At university undergraduate degree, I can teach Law.
