I recently completed a masters degree in civil engineering at the University of Bristol, and have since worked as a structural engineer for 15 months. At A-Level, I achieved an A* in mathematics, an A* in physics, and an A in chemistry. At GCSE level, I achieved 9A*s and 1A, including an A* in maths. I am looking to help students work through topics they are struggling with, and achieve their potential in the subject. I want to use the knowledge and experience I have gained during my time at school, university, and in my work as an engineer, to help provide productive and fulfilling lessons to students.

A subject does not need to be your favourite to be the best at it. I'm Ezzat, and my experience is in making your least favourite subjects your top-scoring ones :)
The first lesson is on me. If you are satisfied, we can then discuss the lesson structures and a detailed plan for achieving your target grade.
Rest assured, in addition to high-quality teaching, I am always available for past paper questions, doubts, or any questions regarding the application, work experience, or personal statements. For medicine applicants, I can guide you through the unique challenges of A-levels and applications, ensuring you feel confident and prepared.
My lessons won't be the typical PowerPoint lessons. Instead, they involve notes ready to be used by the students and live explanations through an iPad screen that replicates a whiteboard in a class environment.
My students absolutely love it. In addition, I also set homework and other tasks, which makes the value of these lessons much higher as work is also being done outside tutoring hours.
I have tutored students of several age groups and noticed a repeating pattern: a lack of grades was either due to an incorrect studying method or a lack of guidance. I never came across a student that did not improve after my guidance and tutoring sessions.
My students' success is my top priority, and I also make sure to keep the parents updated with the students' progress through the lessons we have.
Not only do I offer my mentorship as a tutor, I also provide valuable advice in terms of studying and focus in general, which will elevate your thinking and determination.
Enjoy all these services at a pocket-friendly cost of 15-30 pounds, depending on the subject. I believe in making quality education accessible and affordable for all.
Good luck :)

Every child deserves an opportunity to reach their maximum potential. In addition to focusing on a child`s academic progress, I always look for opportunities to boost their confidence and self-esteem - as these are crucial for a holistic development. Difficult concepts are broken down in smaller ones through scaffolding using different techniques differentiated according to each child`s individual need. It is important to push each child past their comfort zone, and I do exactly that with the students I tutor by challenging them in different ways. I tutor children across the primary phase, all the way from teaching how to read and write in English, to solving complex problems in Maths, to preparing them for their upcoming SATs or 11+ exams.
I tailor my lessons to cater for each child's individual needs. I have a gentle and friendly approach towards children and I always look for ways to help them make connections between the things they learn and for them to develop a love for learning. I believe that every child is truly special and unique. I have successfully tutored children with specific learning needs, as well as children that have English as an additional language. All my students have made excelled progress in their studies, therefore most of my students come from personal recommendations of happy parents :)

Aspiration and a lifetime goal for me since childhood. Reflecting on my educational experiences and working as a teaching assistant, I understand and acknowledge the significant impact teachers have towards children’s lives, and therefore am eager to make a difference in young lives as a teacher. My experience as a teaching assistant unleashed the love I have towards teaching and convinced me to become a role model for children by embedding the knowledge I have, to support their learning; allowing them to work towards the best of their ability through my guidance. I also want to support children’s spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development; teaching them to become responsible citizens in society. I, therefore, am interested in applying for this tutoring role.

I'm In-Ha, I have recently graduated from university and am starting a degree in medicine this year. I have always had a passion for teaching, although our teachers at school are brilliant sometimes we all need some extra help to excel, learning at school tends not to be a tailored experience. So that's why I'm here to give you a more tailored experience to learning.
I am thrilled to outline my personal approach to tutoring, including my techniques, teaching methodology, qualifications, and the target audience for my lessons.
My teaching methodology revolves around creating an engaging and interactive learning environment that caters to your individual needs. Here are some key aspects of my approach:
Active Learning: I believe in fostering active participation in the learning process. Rather than passively absorbing information, you will be encouraged to engage in discussions, problem-solving activities, and hands-on exercises. This approach promotes critical thinking, deep understanding, and the application of knowledge in practical contexts.
Customized Lesson Plans: I understand that every student is unique, with varying strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. To accommodate this, I will create customized lesson plans tailored to your specific requirements. By identifying your areas of improvement and building on your strengths, we will work together to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
Multisensory Approaches: I employ multisensory techniques to enhance your learning experience. By incorporating visual aids, audio resources, and a lot of real-life examples, I aim to create a stimulating and comprehensive learning environment. This approach caters to diverse learning styles and promotes a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
Regular Assessment: Assessing your progress is crucial to ensure that we are on the right track and to identify areas that require additional focus. Regular assessments, such as quizzes, tests, and assignments, will provide valuable feedback and help us adapt our approach accordingly. This way, we can track your growth and make necessary adjustments to optimize your learning journey.
The typical length of a lesson will depend on the complexity of the subject matter and your individual needs. Generally, I find that sessions ranging from 60 to 90 minutes strike a balance between covering the necessary material and allowing for active engagement without overwhelming you.
As for my qualifications and experience as a tutor, I have a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences and have completed my GCSE's and A-Levels to a high standard. I have 3 years of tutoring experience across a range of subjects and key stage levels. This has provided me with a deep understanding of different curricula, teaching strategies, and student learning needs. I stay updated with the latest educational research and practices to continually refine my teaching methods and provide you with the best possible support.
My lessons are designed for year 4 up to year 11 students from the ages of 9 to 16. Whether you are a doing an 11+ student seeking assistance in maths, or a GCSE student preparing for your GCSE's I am equipped to guide and support you on your academic journey.
I am genuinely excited to bring my expertise and passion for teaching to our sessions. Together, we will explore, learn, and grow, setting you up for success in your educational pursuits.

As a University student, I have been through all the exam stages and I have picked up lots of new skills along the way to make learning more fun. I understand that school can feel like a chore for many young students and the stresses of exams can take a toll on children, but with my help and passion for teaching, I hope that I can allow students to gain confidence in their studies and enjoy them more!
I achieved high grades in GCSEs, and I am good with children. I am patient and I know that some topics in english and maths can get a bit confusing, so when it comes to tutoring, I know how to make lessons easier to understand and I will always work at the pace that the pupil feels comfortable at.
