I am a first year Physics student at the University of Kent. I have always enjoyed teaching and academia, so much so that my dream in life is to become a theoretical physicist after graduation. As a result, one of my biggest passions in life is to contribute to young mind’s understanding of the universe through science and mathematics. I have outstanding organisation skills, which allow me to be flexible in my schedule, and use my time as effectively as possible. Moreover, I love meeting new people which would make an excellent teacher, as I am able to connect with people comfortably.
I am fluent in English and Persian, with conversational skills in Russian and Arabic. At school, I set up a maths club for ages 5 to 6 and have participated in many science and debating competition, which includes a first place at a science fair for building holograms. I have also enjoyed competing in UKMT and Kangaroo challenges, as well as taking Open University courses to further educate myself on various topics.

Hello! I am a professional and experienced lady maths tutor with over 25 years of teaching expertise. My journey as a tutor has taken me to various private schools, colleges, and individual 1-to-1 sessions. Currently, I'm delighted to run interactive GCSE year 11 classes on Zoom, which I find thoroughly enjoyable. I hold a maths degree completed in 1987 and possess a wealth of references that can attest to my teaching prowess. For me, teaching maths is not just a profession; it's my true passion in www.*** lessons in Broadstairs, UK.

I am a GCSE and A Level Maths Tutor. I’ve been tutoring since 2006 and have helped many students with their Maths. Please see this link for the Google reviews I’ve had for my services: www.*** I currently have times available now on Wednesdays and Fridays after school. Please get in touch if I can help. My website is www.*** where you will be able to see a video of me introducing myself and explaining how my lessons work.
As I explain in the video, my lessons are online but please don't be put off by that - I'm extremely experienced at delivering lessons using this method to all personalities of students, whether they are confident or shy. And there are many benefits to the lessons being delivered through this medium - such as easy access to notes, no travel time and the fact that you as a parent don't have to wait around while the lesson is taking place! If you have any questions, please get in touch – my number is tel: *** or my email address is ***@***

I started working in a local secondary school 4 years ago initially as a TA helping children with autism and SEND. I then became a cover supervisor for a short period of time and am now a Teacher of Maths, which I have been doing for 2 years. In my first year of teaching my Year 11 class had a positive P8, which mean that all children achieved their target grade if not higher. Last year my whole department was rated best in the school with the best exam result.

I have engaged an extensive volunteering and work experience, where I honed my communication skills with young people. This has enabled me to learn how to establish strong connections with students, making it easier for students to ask questions and discuss their weaknesses openly. Academically, I have achieved six grade 9s and 3 grade 8s and a 6 at GCSE and A*AAA at A-levels, providing we with a deep understanding of how to effectively tackle challenging questions.
I have a keen ability to quickly identify students strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to tailor my approach to their individual learning styles. Drawing on my experience, I provide strategic guidance on tackling challenging questions. My background includes tutoring GCSE maths and sciences at the tutoring centre, where I have learned to work with diverse individuals. Additionally, I assigned targeted homework to reinforce the material coverage during lessons, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and effective revision.

I am an experienced fully qualified primary and secondary (grammar) school teacher specialising in the eleven plus (GL, CEM, independent schools) as well as the Kent and Medway tests, and science up to KS3. If you are interested in tuition from September 2023, please do get in contact soon as places are limited and do get filled up quickly. One-off initial lessons are very welcome. I work hard to get to know every child as an individual and to develop an understanding of what makes them feel happy and secure in their learning. I welcome children of all abilities and have good experience of working successfully with children with ADHD, ASD, Down`s syndrome, behavioural and emotional difficulties, dyslexia and dyscalculia.
If you are interested, contact me for a chat and, if you are happy to proceed, then we can book a one-off lesson in the first instance.
