I have been teaching at Secondary level for more than 25 years including being head of department. I teach A level Maths and Further Maths where I specialise in mechanics and decision Maths. I am a current examiner at both GCSE and A level Maths. I like students to enjoy my sessions, have a laugh and feel able to ask when they need help. I use the online platform Bramble. I also offer small groups of up to 4 students at £20.
I am a passionate and dedicated tutor who tailors the lesson according to your needs. I provide all sorts of services including helping with homework and exams, giving access to free resources such as past papers and revision websites and more.

I am a qualified Primary School Teacher from Urmston. I left University in 2011 with a First Class BA Honours in Primary Education and have taught in Primary Schools in Trafford ever since. With over 13 years experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, LKS2, I have extensive knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and end of year expectations. I have taught many children over my career with various educational needs including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have a particular strength in being able to adapt my teaching in order to ensure the children in my care thrive with their education. When I was 16, I attended the Southern Regional College for two years and completed my Level Three Extended Diploma in Early Childhood Studies. As part of my course, I had to do placement every Tuesday and Wednesday, and I worked as a teaching assistant in my old primary school. This experience made me realize that I wanted to become a class teacher and pursue this career further.
In Northern Ireland, I have tutored three children between the ages of 8 and 16. I have worked with children who struggle with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and other learning difficulties. I enjoy tutoring and getting the chance to support children individually.
Outside of school, I enjoy going to the gym and running. I also do Irish dancing, which I have been doing since the age of 6. It is something that I really enjoy and it has taught me the value of teamwork andriends. Additionally, it has taught me great resilience and the importance of persevering even when things get tough.
