I am a maths teacher in a popular school in the UK with an MSc in Engineering, and experience in teaching secondary and primary students over physical and online settings.
I believe in student-centered maths learning with independence. I already have experience in assessing students' onboarding and selecting the support plans at ''Global Edtech''. Moreover, I have also worked on SENs (dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism) students that will support this role. I always encourage my students to have a conceptual understanding over the procedural understanding, this would definitely encourage students for their effort, and hence each student will get their own motivation, thus having room for development as well. I am a qualified teacher with more than 15 years of experience teaching at home and abroad. Currently, I am working in a local secondary school teaching Mathematics up to GCSE level. I have been teaching there for over 5 years. Within these 5 years, I have also worked within the pastoral team.
I also have experience of teaching GCSE Business Studies. My degree is in Business Management, so I do have the knowledge to teach up to KS5 in this particular subject.

I have workrd for 20 years as a Mathematics teacher in a number of schools in Zimbabwe, South Africa and currently in the UK. I have taught learners from different ethnic, racial, religious and social backgrounds. I completed my secondary science PGCE in 2015. I am a Biology specialist, however, I have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching in all three sciences. I am also highly adaptable. I have taught across key stage 3 and key stage 4, including year 11 groups who I taught physics, chemistry and biology. I have been included in general CPD in schools and also in departmental moderation of marking across GCSE.
