Kids' activities Childcare Centre, Daycare Centre, Preschool, Nursery School
Our extensive outdoor area is accessible from each of our personally designed classrooms and additional to the individual room play areas, we have a large meadow garden in which we do forest school and enhanced outdoor learning. The children spend a large part of their day outside and all learning is adaptable for both environments.
We grow our own vegetables and use them for our homemade cooking as well. Our baby room is extremely popular and is light and airy with all the resources at baby height. We have a separate sleep room for naptime and a soft play corner for climbing and walking. Our babies enjoy a huge range of activities such as sensory toys, music and sounds and creative messy play so you can be sure your baby will have fun all day long. Our toddlers have a large, light room with activities such as role play, adventure and learning. We love our creative and messy play so your child may come home with signs of it! There is a physical play corner and the free-flow system means they can access the outdoor learning at any time. The toddlers love our meadow garden and we do lots of bug hunts and forest school activities with them. As our children grow older, the pre-school room encourages more routine and more writing, reading and languages (focusing particularly on French). All our activities are learning based so throughout the day whether it is baking or counting everything has a purpose and is fun filled while teaching them all the skills they need for "big school". One price for all day. Prices available upon request. We take children from 3 months to 5 years.

Kids' activities Tutor, Teacher, Instructor
After teacher training I spent a year on supply working at various schools on short and long term placements in a variety of subjects. During one placement at a pupil referral unit I was offered a full time position and worked here for 1 year with students with behavioural difficulties and special needs. I then moved to Frederick Gough school in scunthorpe again to fill a position as a teacher of ICT I am now in my 9th year of teaching. After 2 years I secured a position as a head of year and have worked with all age groups from 7 to 11 in this time providing pastoral care and coordinating the learning over over 270 students. I Have just completed my NPQSL (National professional qualification for senior leaders) and hope to make the step to assistant head in the very near future. My relationship and rapport with all students is excellent and I am to help them achieve their best, whatever that may be.
