Instrumental music lessons in Crediton, UK.
I years of experience, in ages. My main profession is inand group music lessons, within primary schools. I have many private music students - which I have now adapted to teaching, where needed, via skype/zoom or using other (Exeter Music Holiday School), which has been running for 7 years. We offer workshops and individual lessons, throughmainstream school holiday. I also play the flute in a Ceilidh band, play in the pit for panto, and have perfomed on various instruments (including vocals), for group concerts and individual performances.
As the 'WindI am having a wondeful experinece so far, to brush up on my basic Bassoon skills - which is my next planned venture.

At music school, I rworld music, folk music, tales and art. Storytelling through percussion. Many workshops are adapted to the seasons, outdoor spaces so that and be inspired. Music really holds no bounderies and can be found everywhere.
I am constantly learning a new instrument, and take It keeps me on track with how it feels to learn and coping wi nerves. Empathy and connections is very it is, to feel that your child is safe and happy with a mentor. This is why I encourge the take-up of a 'free' initial lesson, so that you feel happy any specialist qualifications in working with children and adults with additional needs, I do have lots of experience. I have many wondefullly, within these spectrums, whom have taught me so much. I am more than happy to re-invent the wheel and nurture what is important to each person. My eldest son is a child with autism, and he is an incredibly gifted musicican, who learns by ear and repitition (even though he can read music prefectly well) - as this is how feels his way though it, and this makes his very happy. Having gradauted from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a frist class honours in 2023, I am fortunate to freelance across Scotland as drummer/percussionist. I am fortunate to have played with orchestras, chamber ensembles, musical theatre productions and weddings/functions along with private teaching. Recent work includes shows with Imagine Theatre, The Scottish Concert Orchestra and Limelight Productions.
I am an instrumental woodwind teacher and a classroom teacher in a school teaching up to and including GCSE - current board we use is Eduqas. I teach flute, clarinet, sax and recorders all to high ABRSM levels - no student has ever failed under my tuition. I teach beginners up to diploma level.
Many of my students have enjoyed successes at various music festival competitions, have played for royalty and have even had the pleasure of performing at the Royal Albert Hall.

I have been teaching guitar, bass and ukulele since 2000. Throughout this time, I have worked with several different organisations. Aside from teaching I have worked in many bands over my career playing in venues across the country from theatres to clubs and everything in between. One of my claims to fame is performing in front of both Prince William and Prince Harry.
As well as teaching and gigging, I also work for the London College of music as an examiner. For this I travel around the country conducting exams in Guitar, Bass and Ukulele from the beginner stage right through to diplomas in performance and teaching. This work has not only seen me travel across the U. K but I have also completed 2 exam tours of Australia and New Zealand as well as trips to Greece, Cyprus and Ireland.
