With over 15 years of experience in teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I've had the privilege of working in specialist schools where I honed my skills in catering to diverse learning needs. I have extensive experience working with children who have various learning difficulties, such as developmental language disorder, ADHD, autism, anxiety, social emotional and mental health needs, auditory processing needs, disordered attachment, and working memory problems. Understanding the unique requirements of each child is of utmost importance to me, and I tailor my teaching methods accordingly.

I firmly believe that a safe and nurturing environment is essential for effective learning. After graduation I worked in the North SEa Oil fields as a professional geologist. In 2000 I took a PGCE in Geography. Since 2001 I have taught full time at Hereford Sixth Form College, one of the countries top performing non selective colleges and 2016 "TES Sixth Form College of the Year", rated Outstanding by Ofsted. I have taught A level geology and Geography, GCSE Geography and GCSE Environmental Science, and am currently Head of Geology. I have tutored amny studnets at A level in both Goelogy and Geography.
