Salut! / Hola!! I`m Fabian. I`m a native and qualified teacher of French (with Spanish). I grew up in Paris and got a PGCE in Foreign Languages at the UEA in Norwich. Teaching is my passion!! I have more than 20 years experience in the field. I have worked in high schools and for business companies in France, Spain, Portugal and the UK.
I love to share my culture and knowledge of the languages I teach. I usually have a communicative approach and try to use authentic and interesting material. I truly believe that having meaningful conversations is the best way to improve one's language skills. And in the context of real conversations, , we can also improve your grammar, pronunciation and general accuracy in the language.

Acquired French language proficiency over 5 years of exchange visits and business contacts with native speakers, similarly became fluent in Polish when providing English language tuition to Polish friends / work colleagues over approx. 7 years. Numerous visits to these countries have helped with cultural as well as linguistic understanding. These exchanges have also provided insight into teaching English as a foreign language.
Experienced in helping a number of age groups, with a focus on spoken French, vocabulary and developing confidence approaching spoken tasks like presentations and oral exams. I use a mainly student-lead approach.
She has worked as a tutor since 2006, both directly for clients in Lincolnshire and Oxfordshire and for The Professional Tuition Agency in North East Lincolnshire; establishing Cotswold Language Tuition in 2010. Much of Charlotte's tutoring work involves preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations in French and Italian, although she also teaches primary school children at key stage 2 and in preparation for school entrance and scholarship examinations.
