I tailor every lesson to the needs and requirements of the student to meet their goal. I plan lots of practice and educational activities during the lessons to make the study process more interesting. I also make sure we revise the mistakes made by the student as it is very important to analyze and understand what to fix and where we are moving next!
My main goal as a Teacher is to teach you English till the point when you can be fluent and confident in speaking English.
I believe that everybody can learn English as everybody requires an individual approach and techniques. My philosophy is to make every lesson comfortable enough to let the student relax and enjoy learning English!

I am a well-motivated, highly conscientious English teacher of students aged 9 to adult, including speakers of other languages. I want to inspire my learners to exceed expecations. I firmly believe that the key to excellent teaching and learning is to make the approach ‘student-centred'.
I have taught English Language and Literature in independent and maintained schools for 31 years, preparing students for ISEB Common Entrance, SATs, GCSE and A Level. Additional experience includes teaching English to speakers of other languages, either for general purposes or in preparation for the University of Cambridge Examinations, KET, PET, FCE, CAE and CPE and IELTS. During my career, I have been a Head of Department and SENCO. Until recently, I have been based in schools but now wish to focus on online tutoring, which I believe suit a large number of learners extremely well.
As an ambassador for education and diversity, I am proud to offer over five years of teaching experience, with my pedagogy and teaching being recently recognised by Ofsted as outstanding. My approach to teaching is to inject the element of creativity and fun. It is imperative that we enjoy the things that we do, including education. I have been teaching in secondary school for approximately 10 years in Leicestershire. I specialise in Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish and French) and can teach any ability range up to A-Level in my respective languages.
