I went into teaching as it has always been my passion to try to make a difference in children's lives.
After careful consideration I decided to leave mainstream education and set up my own learning centre using kinaesthetic activities with play therapy.
The centre also offers meditation in order to promote wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.

Having taught in international multicultural schools, I have had some excellent results with a wide range of learners who had had a history/background of 'not-so-good' performance in Math, English and Sciences. With all my years of teaching English, I learnt very quickly that each student is different. The purpose for why someone learns English can equally vary from student to student.
With that said my lessons are always tailored to the students individual needs. What is a constant and essentially the driving force to any of my lessons is the dynamic, engaging, creative and most important of all the fun factor. For any student that enjoys and looks forward to their class is a student that is destined to learn more.
Whether a student is learning English to pass their IELTS so they can study in the UK. Perhaps it could be Business English for any person that is involved in an International company or is looking to establish themselves in a particular industry that would require a desired level of English. Or maybe it could just be a hobby and opportunity to learn and master another language.

I have been teaching English one-to-one and small groups for over 11 years. I have taught all ages ranging from 3 years to over 70 years. I teach all levels ranging from Pre-Entry to C1. I teach people including students, to migrants, to different professions ranging from Housekeepers to Business professionals. I am able to teach General English, Academic English, IELTS preparation, TOEFL preparation, Functional Skills English, and Trinity College ESOL Skills for Life exam preparation.
I really enjoy teaching English as a second or foreign language and I believe in making the learning fun. I teach in the interest of the student and endeavour to develop the learning based around their interests and specific requirements. I use a variety of mediums such as; online activities, books, worksheets, internet, realia (real life objects), role - play, songs, videos, etc.
I offer private English Language lessons for all ages - both one-to-one and small groups. Lessons are taught at your preference - in your home, my home or can be arranged in a public place. I also enjoy teaching online and happy to arrange this on Zoom or Skype.
