Hello! I have worked in primary and secondary schools since 2019 and gained my teaching degree last year. I am young, knowledgeable and have extensive experience of working with students from KS1 to GCSE.
Over my seven years of teaching at a comprehensive school in Crawley I have taught four English GCSE exam specifications, as well as A-Level English Literature, AS-Level English Language, PDC and KS3 German. How do you support dyslexia?
Although I'm not a specialist dyslexia tutor, I'd love to make my lessons as engaging and inclusive for your child as possible.
They might like to use a laptop or a tablet to type, or to record their ideas vocally, and that's great! I'll use a visual timetable to help them stay on track. Plus, I'll give them extra thinking time, reading time and writing time.
