My aim is to facilitate my students and make them independent learners so they can think critically and achieve their required goals.o take into consideration the various and different needs and style of learning of each child and then make my plans accordingly to help enhance their understanding.
I have over 15 years experience in Teaching, and over 12 years experience in Private Tutoring. I currently offer both face-to-face in person tutoring for 1:1 or small groups. I cater for each child's specific needs through appropriate differentiation, and according to their individual interests. I strive to make the learning fun and engaging, and adapt the lesson as we go to ensure the most enjoyment and motivation. My lessons are usually 1 hour long, depending on the needs and abilities of the child and I cover the ages from KS1 up to GCSE in both English and Maths. I also offer home schooling sessions to individuals who are unable to access the mainstream education system, whether it be from a SEND need, a preference or from anxiety, for example. These sessions cover the Core subjects as well as teaching Life Skills such as cooking, woodwork and sewing etc. In addition to this, I offer discrete tutoring for adults in Maths and English (Reading).

Since my both of my daughters were diagnosed with dyslexia, I became aware of the challenges they faced every day in the classroom. This in its self spurred me on to become the year 6 teacher I am today. One who will never give up trying to find new and exciting ways to help children learn. Mainly, my forte it's SATs prep, which I've been doing for 7 years helping children not only pass their exams, but instilling confidence within to flourish for the rest of their educational careers. I also have a specialism in supporting the progress of children who have particular needs. They feel comfortable with me as they get from me support and understanding. Students love lessons with me, come to them with enthusiasm, happy to continue their learning.
When I teach adults, people are impress with them how quickly they can communicate with others using Polish or English.
I always finish lessons with tests after 5 lessons to let me students realise how far they are, what material we have to go troth again with more exercises and what material we get full satisfaction.
