I am an enthusiastic and dedicated English tutor, examiner and writer. I offer stimulating and enjoyable lessons via video call which build upon each student's strengths to enable them to overcome their difficulties with greater confidence. I find tutoring immensely rewarding and strive to help all my students meet their full potential regardless of their ability. I have experience teaching SEN students, particularly those with autism, dyslexia and manual difficulties. To date I have had 100% pass rate and all of my students have achieved grades 9-4 (A*- C). I am a member of the Tutors Association and have a current DBS Enhanced certificate .
I understand fully the advantages and disadvantages of studying from home as I have gained all of my qualifications through distance learning, including my PhD. I also home schooled my son from the age of 4-16. I have been teaching English one-to-one and small groups for over 11 years. I have taught all ages ranging from 3 years to over 70 years. I teach all levels ranging from Pre-Entry to C1.
