I home school my son who is Dyspraxic, Autistic and has anxiety. I am a hands on tutor, who believes that learning should be fun and at a students own pace and not that of the tutor.

Hi there! I'm Anni and I'm a highly experienced and qualified primary teacher (PGCE distinction, CELTA, DELTA, English Literature degree). I specialise in phonics and helping EAL learners, but I can help any learner to thrive in all areas of their English learning.
I am currently self-employed, working fulltime at my little business 'Unlock English'. Recently I have been teaching phonics to small groups and individuals, helping EAL learners to pass the 11 plus and to thrive in English schools, and helping children in China to improve their English before coming to live in England.

I worked at a primary school in Nigeria, teaching kids under 12 Mathematics in the year 2022.
Student pursuing a career in languages. I have had multiple previous students and currently tutor several students in French. I am happy to help all abilities up to A-level. French is my strongest language although I have spent more time in Spain. I am on track for a first class BA in French with Spanish which I began in 2022.
