I have worked as a moderator, question setter and examiner for 3 different Boards over the past 20 years. I am up to date with the new specifications for English Language, English Literature, and English Language and Literature. I have taught all these recently at my sixth form college, MPW Cambridge, where I teach one to one. I am based in Cambridge and would prefer to teach face-to-face rather than online, though I can do both.

Hi! If you are here you are on your way to speaking English and I’m here to help and assist you in your English learning process.
My name is Michael and I am a Conversational English Teacher with 6 years of www.*** ;I specialise in a conversational (speaking-based) method of teaching - meaning it is important for me that you understand that I am not here to teach you rules or grammar but to give you tools, advice and, most importantly - to help you gain confidence and skills to speak English efficiently.
I am well aware of the concerns and needs of people, who decide to sign up for classes like that. In fact, even though I am an English native speaker, I have been learning Polish from the age of 10, so I understand how it is to learn a new language. My classes are open to nationalities from all over the world. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, who is there to overcome the language barrier, or an intermediate English speaker, who needs to feel more confident and better their skills - I am there for www.*** ;
If you're an adult, you should know that I am aware that we decide to make a lot of decisions in different moments of our lives. In my classes there is no space for judgement or criticism - I am there to help you speak.
If you're a teenager or adult looking for help with your child, I can assure you that I have years of experience teaching at schools, summer and winter camps and I have a variety of tools to make the class interesting and www.*** ;
I teach primarily online, on a video call, but I am open to face-to-face classes in the Cambridge area.
I offer the first class free to evaluate on your skills and discuss the details - drop me an email: ***@*** private message or a text: tel: *** .
Best,
Michael

Tutor Doctor Cambridge started in August 2010 providing 1:1 in-home tutoring in and around Cambridge. Since then we have grown and grown and have worked with over 2000 students in that time and also increasingly now work directly with schools who use our services to enable them to provide specific students with the tailored help we can provide. We set up in Norwich in 2021 in order to provide our services to students and schools in Norfolk. We tailor-make our service at every stage : an in-depth meeting with our families or school contacts provides the insights to enable us to find a tutor who matches the student’s needs: if the child really clicks with the tutor, they will get so much more from each session. All our tutors are carefully selected in person, we gain references and DBS checks and we seek tutors who not only know their subject of course, but have a passion for helping people learn. Our offices are in Saffron Walden where our admin and support team are based, with tutoring being carried out within a 10-15 mile radius of Cambridge and Norwich.

Hi, my name is Joe. I'm originally from Cambridge in England, but I also have a French background.
I have spent a lot of my 20s travelling and living in new and exciting places. I enjoy meeting new people, as well as learning languages.
I can speak French fluently, however my current passions are improving my Spanish and Russian which I have been learning the last few years. Finally, I love to go the the gym, play sports and hang out with friends.
Having learned languages through trial and error, I'm here to help you overcome the same big obstacles I have overcome when it comes to improving your language skills.
I don't want you to make the same mistakes I made when I was younger. Therefore, my lessons are interactive with the main focus being on you talking and getting the benefits from learning with a native Englishman. What we discuss and focus on is up to you. If it's useful, and even more importantly, interesting to you, that will make the process fun and not tiring.
Positive energy leads to greater progress.
