My name is Ahmed and I enjoy teaching. This is why I've chosen this profession which allows me to deal with people from different backgrounds, understand their needs and take a challenge of helping them. The most important thing for me is seeing my student's satisfaction and I feel honoured when my students leave the session with positive learning.
I'm patient (as this is one of the important tools in order to be a successful teacher), friendly, and make sure to keep a rapport among my students. I am currently the Director of IT at a leading Girls School in Blackheath and happy to tutor students in the Blackheath/Sidcup/Eltham area or back nearer West Malling where I live - plus tutor online as well. I have been teaching Computer Science in Blackheath for the last 10 years and keen to help students with their coding or understanding the theory required. I was also a network manager so have practical experience I can share with students. I like to use a lot of technology and quizzes to ensure students can test their knowledge and feel confident when taking any exams.
I first worked for the EARN association located in Paris as a programmer. Then I became the head of an internet service provider doing all the necessary work to keep it going. Programming, managing, etc. I managed databases, web sites, etc. I still do in fact!
