APAC is the largest and most experienced dedicated play and creative arts therapies training organisation worldwide and the only play therapy training programmes validated through clinical outcomes.
We provide training for professionals who wish to work with children using therapeutic play and for Play Therapist certification in the UK by Play Therapy UK (PTUK) and worldwide by Play Therapy International (PTI). We also have the Advanced Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People using the Creative Arts which is a conversion course for already trained counsellors and psychotherapists.
Our venues in the UK include Antrim, Barnsley, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Chester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, Tunbridge Wells and Windsor; in Ireland in Dublin and Cork; in the South of France at St. Genest de Contest (Tarn); in Australia in Sydney and in Hamilton, New Zealand. In the UK, we deliver our courses as the MA in Practice Based Play Therapy training programme in a collaborative partnership with Leeds Beckett University. In Ireland, the play therapy training programme is in collaboration with the National University of Ireland (Galway).

I am a qualified teacher (PGCE-FE/HE, UK) with over a decade of experience teaching a diverse range of subjects ranging from English, Maths, Physics, Health and Social Science, and Clinical Medicine. I am a friendly, flexible and student-centric teacher who always strives to deliver bespoke and individualised learning suited best to my students' capabilities and strengths/weaknesses. I am comfortable with online and face-to-face teaching and am always willing to offer additional help in the form of assignments, dissertations, homework and vocational training to my students.

I have been teaching Health Psychology, social psychology and sociology to access students and child development and early years education since 2012 and child development I also tutor A level psychology and Sociology . I am familiar with AQA, OCR and Edexcel examining boards .
I am enthusiastic in my approach and strive to encourage and motivate learners . I am patient and flexible in my approach and meet learnersneeds and help them develop their own learning style . I help develop essay writing skills and exam teachniques . I work with students from diverse backgrounds, many have additional learning needs such as dyslexia and mental health difficulties that are barriers to learning . I particularly enjoy fasilitating the learning process and helping students reach their potential.
