Prior to teaching I have worked in life science Reasearch and Development and in Biopharamceutical research, sales and marketing. I also worked a part-time voluntary teaching assistant in primary and seconday schools for 2 years. In 2014 I decided to change career completely to become a science teacher, so I trained at Kings College, graduating with my PGCE in 2015.
My background prior to teaching brings additional experience and skills to my teaching. Chemistry is my specialist subject. I have taught and tutored all sciences successfully to years 7 to 11, and have taught and tutored Chemistry and Biology at A level.

I have a long and diverse history of teaching and tutoring, spanning various levels and subjects. I have cultivated a deep passion for education and student development. My journey began at the age of 19 when I started private tutoring GCSE subjects (math, physics, chemistry, biology).
