Philip M R. Ltd is a small company in Hemel Hempstead which, amongst other operations, provides 1 to1 private teaching to local children from Key Stage 2 upwards in STEM subjects. The company’s teaching philosophy, built up over 40 years of teaching experience, is based upon the mantra tell me I forget, show me and I will remember, but let me do and I will understand. Fully qualified teacher with 40 years teaching experience
We have a dedicated covid secure classroom. We have an extremely comprehensive equipment store to cover all the experiments for GCSE and A level Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics). This enables the students to take part in experiments which enhances their learning.
Since the lockdown, our response was to transition, virtually overnight, our teaching online. The tutor’s hands became the student’s hands and the cameras their eyes, the microphone and speakers became their voice and ears. With the power of a broadcast switcher, the student did not have one view but many, depending on what was needed. In addition, we decided to live stream tutorials on YouTube going through GCSE and A level Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, topic by topic, week by week utilising all our equipment for experiments. This was to develop a resource for all not just our own students.

As a dedicated and skilled Online Tutor, I bring over two years of experience providing personalized and results-driven educational support to students in STEM subjects, particularly Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. My journey as an educator began at Elite Tuition, where I specialized in helping students at GCSE and A-level achieve their academic goals by tailoring lessons to their individual needs and learning styles.
I am passionate about fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in my students. I firmly believe that effective education is built on adaptability and engagement, which is why I consistently use innovative tools, including interactive quizzes, virtual whiteboards, and collaborative learning techniques, to make lessons dynamic and engaging.
My ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively sets me apart as a tutor. Whether explaining a challenging mathematical theorem or breaking down intricate chemical reactions, I take pride in ensuring my students not only understand but also enjoy the learning process. Beyond academic instruction, I am committed to helping students develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset that will serve them throughout their education and beyond.
With a background in engineering, including a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to my teaching. This experience enables me to illustrate theoretical concepts with real-life applications, making lessons more relatable and inspiring for students.
In addition to my teaching expertise, I am proficient in using online platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and learning tools such as Kahoot and Quizlet to deliver seamless virtual sessions. I am skilled at monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with parents to ensure consistent academic improvement.
I am deeply committed to the success of my students and driven by the belief that education has the power to transform lives. I look forward to bringing my expertise, enthusiasm, and innovative teaching methods to a platform where I can continue to make a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys.

I started my teaching career back in 2017. Since then I have taught kids from all standards. I have experience in teaching all the subjects and my students mostly enjoy learning Maths, English, Science, Biology, Geography, History and Chemistry from me. I am well known for my unique teaching techniques that help the student to learn more efficiently and easily.
My After getting my BSc degree I also worked as a Research Consultant at CEGIS (an organization under the Ministry of Water Resources of Bangladesh) for a year. After moving to the UK, I am looking for students here so that I can carry on my passion of being a tutor while I am obtaining my Master's degree.
teaching approach is mainly based on experimental learning. I try to demonstrate a topic with real-life examples and practical teaching. My teaching technique is eccentric because I attempt to see through a student's lens while teaching a specific topic and also try to describe in the way I learned that topic back in my student life.

I am Suk, I have done my engineering in Electrical and worked for few years in co-corporate as an Electrical and Computer science engineer and then decided to pick tutorship as this has always been my first inclination, although I am doing tutoring for last 10 years in the form of knowledge sharing, learning and development etc., and gained substantial proportion of experience in this perimeter. I think my biggest strength as a tutor is that I by my self was always an average student during by school and college days which enabled me to understand the nerve of the student and allowed me to explain any topic, subject to the most simplified module because I see myself in every student I teach and I know how difficult and frustrating it is sometimes when we struggle to understand a topic.
I believe a good teacher should be able to enunciate to the most simplified way.
Currently I am doing GCSE, A level, 11+ tutoring for Math, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for all major board AQA, OCR and Edexcel etc.
I offer bespoke tutoring assistance, helping students not only to pass exams and significantly improving their confidence and their academic grades. I'm specialized in core subjects Math’s, Triple Science exam preparation to ensure success at KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, GCSE and A-Level classroom tests and exams.
I do both online and F2F, I use Zoom, Teams for co-coordinating the sessions and use MS Whiteboard for scribble and demonstrating the subject, which is currently the most advance and simple demonstrating online platform for teachers.
I provide my own handmade notes and home assignment after every class.
