Prior to teaching I have worked in life science Reasearch and Development and in Biopharamceutical research, sales and marketing. I also worked a part-time voluntary teaching assistant in primary and seconday schools for 2 years. In 2014 I decided to change career completely to become a science teacher, so I trained at Kings College, graduating with my PGCE in 2015.
My background prior to teaching brings additional experience and skills to my teaching. Chemistry is my specialist subject. I have taught and tutored all sciences successfully to years 7 to 11, and have taught and tutored Chemistry and Biology at A level.

My Lessons are tailored towards the student and feedback can be given to the parent if required on the first lesson for initial impressions and a suitable plan going forward. There is regular contact with the parent and Mock exams conducted throughout the year(free of charge as long a regular weekly lessons have been taking place).
