I was a corporate consultant and senior manager within a number of financial service companies before becoming a freelance consultant and trainer in 2004. I have delivered a wide range of topics from time management to senior team development and cover all the training cycle. Today I specialise in leadership, management and personal development which I deliver in a variety of forums. I have worked within the public sector with County, Unitary and District Councils, Housing Associations, the NHS Trust and further education colleges. I have designed and delivered leadership, management and personal development training which has included performance management, assertiveness and facilitation skills. Some of these projects have been bespoke and others are accredited, or qualification based. I have also worked across a variety of other industries including engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities and automotive.
