I always wanted to be a primary school teacher and after 20 years of being in the classroom I still do. I like to create a nurturing and warm environment for my pupils to reach their potential by feeling confident and calm. Taking a risk is a huge part of learning so I tailor my teaching to encourage all the children to do so. I enjoy observing their progress through gentle encouragement and lots of praise. |
