I'm an acting coach and theatre director based in Salisbury with over 15 years experience in theatre. I have trained in the UK and USA (Bristol Old Vic, CSSD and Actors Temple London) (SITI Company New York and The Acting Corps LA). I love working with actors, exploring scripts and developing characters. Having initially trained as an actor, I have a great respect for the process. I have been working with pre-professional actors for around 10 years and supported many on successful application to drama school. My training lies in Michael Chekhov, Meisner, Viewpoints and Suzuki and have a physical approach to text (Stella Adler). I bring a range of skills and approaches to the text, that can help unlock scenes, and support you on your journey. However, as a director and teacher I am able to adapt to the individual needs of the actor. |
