The Stripsafe Training Course Dichloromethane (DCM) Methylene Chloride Derogation No 455/2009/EC. This course deals with all aspects of the Safe Removal of Coatings, including important considerations such as hazards identification & composition. The course also looks at aspects including exposure control, personal protection equipment, handling and storage, and also addresses issues such as regulations and legislation. The course also pays particular attention to the issue of lead-based paint removal, and asbestos in textured coatings, and concludes with a delegate online test provided by the Heath & Safety Executive. Upon completion the delegate will receive a certificate of competency, with H. S. E. Registration Number.
