I am a 22 year old music graduate and I play gigs around London with various artists, including my own band. A couple of years ago I started teaching the drums to some students and found that I had a huge passion for teaching and watching my students progress. I try to make my lessons as fun and engaging as possible and always cater to the students needs or wants. Learning an instrument should be fun; therefore I like to teach people the important parts of drumming (ie. technique, rhythm etc.) whilst teaching them to play their favourite songs. A typical lesson would last around an hour. I have two years experience as a drum tutor and over five as a professional. My lessons are for anyone wanting to improve on the drums; whether you are a complete beginner or someone with experience.
The main genres in which I specialise are rock, metal and pop with some of my favourite artists including; Iron Maiden, Nirvana, Megadeth, Deftones. |
